Where are your products manufactured?
All Diamond Bakery products are proudly baked right here in Hawaii, following a tradition of quality that dates back to 1921.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We ship via USPS and FedEx. Orders typically process within 2-3 business days. Shipping to the U.S. Mainland generally takes 5-7 business days depending on the selected service.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses. We are working on expanding our international shipping options in the future.
What is your return policy for food items?
To ensure food safety, we cannot accept returns on food products. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Are there gluten-free options available?
While most of our traditional crackers and cookies contain wheat, we are constantly exploring new recipes. Please check the specific product pages for full nutritional information and allergen warnings.
How can I ensure my crackers stay fresh?
To maintain maximum crispness, we recommend storing our products in a cool, dry place and keeping the packaging tightly sealed after opening.
